As the Gold Coast Titans continue their 2021 rebuild, one man to impress has been prop Jaimin Jolliffe.
His good form this year has been rewarded with a new two-year contract.
Initially joining on a train-and-trial deal, Jolliffe worked hard and has now cemented a first-grade spot.
Jolliffe, a local from Wagga Wagga, is ecstatic to be extending his stay at the Titans.
“I’m super excited,” Jolliffe said.
“Just to be a part of it, I want to be here and I want to have success with the Club and I really think we are building to something special.
“I’m really excited for the next few years but before that we need to finish off this year on a high.”
Jolliffe has high ambitions when it comes to his own form and takes it week by week.
“Each week I’m not focusing on next year or the week after, I’m just focusing on each week.
“I’m doing my study and I’m doing my review and I’m just trying to do the little things and each week get better bit by bit.”
Still a young player in terms of his career, Jolliffe says he talks regularly to the veteran props for advice.
“I’m having conversations with (Jarrod) Wallace and Sam Lisone and we are always sort of bouncing off each other and I’m always after feedback,” Jolliffe continued.
